Launch of special issue of “India China Chronicle”

India China Economic and Cultural Council (ICEC) in collaboration with Hindustan Times launched the special edition of ICEC’s bimonthly magazine “India China Chronicle” on the 11th of August, 2010 at the Shangri La Hotel.
Shri Shashi Tharoor, Former Minister for External Affairs, Government of India was the chief guest at the function which was attended by renowned personalities from China associated with the corporate bilateral relations between the two nations.
The launch was followed by a panel discussion on “Avenues of deepening India-China Relations – From Harmonious World to Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”. The panelists included:
- H.E. Mr. Zhang Yan;
- Sh. Gautam Bambawale, Joint Secretary, MEA;
- Mr. Weimin Yao, Vice President, Huawei Telecommunications;
- Mr. Som Mittal, President, NASSCOM,
- Shri Dinesh Rai, Secretary, MSME
