Chinese Spring Festival 2011, New Delhi

By making a significant contribution to the cultural exchanges between Indian and Chinese communities, ‘India China Economic & Cultural Council’ (ICEC) organized “Chinese Spring Festival 2011” for the Chinese friends in Delhi this year on 26th February 2011.
To this ICEC organized an evening full of fun, dance and vocal performances by both Chinese and Indian participants.
Mr. Ai Ping, Vice Minister, Foreign Affairs, The Communist Party of China, was the Chief Guest at the function. The other prominent Guests included, H.E. Mr. Zhang Yan, Chinese Ambassador to India, Ms. Nirupama Rao, Foreign Secretary, Govt. of India.
