3rd High-Level India-China Financial Conference 2009

(10-13, November, 2009, Mumbai-New Delhi)

The 3rd India-China Financial Conference was held from November 10-13, 2009 in Mumbai & New Delhi. A thirty member delegation from China headed by the Deputy Governor of the People’s Bank of China attended the conference.  The Deputy Governor was accompanied by senior officials from other Chinese regulatory bodies and financial institutions.

The key highlight of the conference was to promote cooperation and understanding between India and China in the financial services sector. This landmark event also gave an opportunity to both Indian and their Chinese counterparts to showcase their potential for business and scope for technology transfer across verticals such as infrastructure, construction, IT, hospitality, etc.
