Today, China is India’s largest trading partner. Bilateral trade between China and India from a modest 3 billion dollars at the beginning of the 21st century soared to about 80 billion dollars in 2012, a phenomenal increase. Leaders of both countries have confidently proposed the goal of increasing bilateral trade to $100 billion by 2015. If that does happen, what does the future hold?
