Dr. Abid Hussain needs no introduction. He is the Chairman of ICEC since its inception in 1997. He served as India's Ambassador to the United States of America from 1990-1992. He also served as Secretary in the Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Heavy Industry. He was a Member of India’s Planning Commission from 1985-1990.

Dr. V. Krishnamurthy

Dr. Krishnamurthy is the Vice Chairman of ICEC and the Chairman of National Manufacturing Competitiveness Council and Member of National Advisory Council, PM's Councilon Trade and Industry, PM's Trade and Economic Relations Committee, PM's Energy Coordination Committee and PM's High Level Committee on Manufacturing. He was the Chairman and CEO of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) in 1972-1977, of Maruti Udyog Limited in 1981-1990 and of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) in 1985-1990.

P. S. Deodhar

P. S. Deodhar is the President of ICEC, a pioneer in the field of electronics and the founder Chairman of Aplab Limited. He can be said to be an architect of electronic policy of this country. He is B.E. (Telecommunication), Distinguished Fellow I.E.T.E., India, Fellow I.E.E.E. (USA), Fellow Indian Academy of Engineers and Hon. Fellow Broadcast Engineering Society. He has been the Chairman of the Electronics Commission and also the Advisor to the Former Prime Minister of India Shri Rajiv Gandhi in 1983-88.

Mohammed Saqib

Prof. Mohammed Saqib is Secretary-General of India China Economic and Cultural Council. He has worked with ICRIER from 1985-1995 before moving to Rajiv Gandhi Institute for Contemporary Studies (RGCIS) at RGF in 1996. He did his M.S in Economics from University of Western Ontario, Canada in 1984 and has been a consultant to various organizations, such as the World Bank, European Union, UNDP, UNCTAD, Ministry of Commerce and Industry etc.

Suresh Sharma

Suresh Sharma is Executive Vice President of India China Economic and Cultural Council. He did his Masters in Community and Business management in 1961. He has promoted Industrial Development and World Trade through numerous Organizations, Governmental & Non governmental Bodies & Industrial Chambers for 50+years.

Dilip Cherian

Dilip Cherian works as Consulting Partner with Perfect Relations, which he started in October 1992 and which has now grown into the country's largest image management company. He is also founder / editor of News Joy, the sub continent's only newspaper for children. He was also co-founder of The Observer of Business and Politics, one of India's newest business dailies. He undertakes teaching assignments at top management institutes in the country, in addition to being Director General of Image Management Studies.

Amir Ullah Khan

Dr. Amir Ullah Khan is a noted Indian economist. He is now Dean and Director Research at the Bangalore Management Academy, Associate Fellow at the India Development Foundation and Adjunct Professor of Business and Law at the Edith Cowan University. Amir also teaches at the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad and the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in Delhi. He has worked as Researcher for the Ministry of Finance, Government of India and the UNDP at Project LARGE (Legal Adjustments and Reforms for Globalising the Economy).

S. B. Dangayach

S. B. Dangayach is an MBA from IIMA. He has been heading Sintex for nearly 35 years and has been largely responsible for making it a “Superbrand” and a reputed corporate through serial innovations. He has an abiding interest in Homeopathy and wants to mainstream it for public as well as private healthcare .He also has a deep passion for green and clean development. Rajendra S. Pawar

Rajendra S. Pawar is Chairman and Co-Founder of the NIIT Group, that encompasses two businesses—NIIT Technologies Limited, the software and services arm and NIIT Limited, the leading Global Talent Development Corporation. Set up in 1981, NIIT pioneered the computer education market in India, creating a completely new industry segment and taking it to consolidation and maturity. He is a member of Prime Minister's National Council on Skill Development, a council chaired by the Prime Minister of India.

Jairam Ramesh

Jairam Ramesh is the Indian Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Environment and Forests since May, 2009. He is also a member of the National Advisory Council. From January 2006 to February, 2009, he was the Minister of State for Commerce and Industry and from April 2008 to February, 2009 was also the Minister of State for Power in the Congress Party-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government. He has earlier been Advisor to the Finance Minister during 1996-98 and to the Deputy Chairman, Planning Commission during 1992-94.

Mani Shankar Aiyar

Mani Shankar Aiyar is a former Indian diplomat who resigned from the foreign services and became a politician working for Rajiv Gandhi in 1989-1991. He is a member of the Indian National Congress party and was Panchayati Raj Minister from 2004 to 2009. He served as Union Cabinet Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas from May 2004 through January 2006 and as Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports till 2009.
